Returns / Damaged Items
I do not offer a refund or return on “change of mind” purchases, so please choose carefully.
In the event that items are damaged in transit, the entire package will need to be assessed. Please contact me immediately after your package is delivered and do not use or dispose of the products enclosed.
I will need photographs of items emailed to email@example.com and also may need the damaged items collected by our courier, or returned to us.
Once I receive items back, I will then refund or replace at our discretion.
Please note our refund policy is 7 Days.
If you wish to cancel your Order, we may do at our discretion if items have not been made or left the premises.
All cancellations will incur a 20% restocking fee.
